Telehealth Nurse Practitioner/ PA (Mississippi Licensed)-Military Health Assessments
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional looking to support the health and readiness of U.S. Military service members? We are seeking experienced, Mississippi-licensed Nurse Practitioners (NP/APNP)/ PA to conduct remote health assessments via phone and video.
This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours while making a meaningful impact on military mission readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Perform telehealth assessments, including PHAs, PDHRAs, and related medical evaluations.
ā¢ Assess medical conditions, determine deployment eligibility, and make appropriate referrals.
ā¢ Provide clear patient education, explaining all findings and procedures to service members.
ā¢ Complete accurate, thorough, and timely medical documentation.
ā¢ Participate in internal quality audits and maintain compliance with HIPAA and SC PHA standards.
Strict Qualifications & Requirements:
ā¢ Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted Mississippi NP/APNP license.
ā¢ Insurance: Must carry active malpractice insurance that meets Mississippi or contract guidelines.
ā¢ Supervision: Must have an established collaborating/supervising physician (this is not provided by the company).
ā¢ Training: Completion of HIPAA and SC PHA training through JKO (initial and ongoing).
ā¢ Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality clinical care.
