Objective: The Telehealth Nurse Manager will oversee the operations of a 24/7 maternal health telehealth service, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and continuous program improvement. This role requires a strategic leader with strong clinical expertise, program management skills, and the ability to drive innovation in telehealth nursing.

About You: Our ideal Telehealth Nurse Manager is a seasoned RN with deep expertise in maternal health, telehealth, and telephonic triage. They excel in leading and managing remote teams with compassion while demonstrating unwavering dedication to Delfina's mission and delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Expertise in development and management of telephonic triage, management in doulas.
• Expertise in developing SOPs, optimizing workflows, and implementing quality assurance measures to enhance patient outcomes.
• Proficient in EMR systems and data analysis tools, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Adept at navigating multi-state licensure requirements, managing high-volume healthcare teams, and responding to crisis situations.
• A commitment to equitable care are valuable assets for ensuring accessible maternal health support.
Qualifications:
• Active and unencumbered RN licensure in Texas
• Eligibility for licensure in all 50 states
• Experience managing 24/7 healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with maternal health guidelines and crisis intervention protocols.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in telehealth or maternal health.
• Minimum of 2 years labor and delivery experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Prior program management experience, including SOP creation and QA/QI.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Compact RN licensure preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 USD annually
The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
