Previous experience in the hospitality industry or with AirBNB guest communications would be highly valued. Key Responsibilities - Manage and respond to all guest inquiries and communication in a timely and professional manner - Handle booking requests and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to guests - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing bookings and guest information - Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Skills and Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and concise communication style - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality setting - Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all guest communications and bookings - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity and proficiency with the AirBNB platform and its features This is a medium-sized project that requires ongoing support for a minimum of 6 months.
