What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage extensive project teams to implement large and complex projects within customer networks
Develop project forecasts based on input from sales and manufacturing, ensuring adherence to schedules
Maintain communication with customers regarding field project activities and status updates
Collaborate with engineering teams for effective project implementation within the organization
Document and communicate project status, obstacles, and resolutions to management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications or related industry
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address multi-dimensional problems
Ability to make complex decisions while considering multiple alternatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing teams and fostering development opportunities for team members
Familiarity with Just In Time (JIT) concepts as they relate to EF&I field projects
Strong outsourcing management experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work towards high-level departmental goals
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments
