Job description:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
• They should have a working Experience of telco architecture (typical cable products (specifically in the marketing/ordering/provisioning space)
• Working with business owners is a must - good business acumen, able to listen, understand and elaborate on business requests
• Some background in development (ability to read code, understand where problems might be -could be early career experience)
• Experience with AI will also be very helpful here as they’ll be using AI based tools to execute on large portions of the
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
