Canterbury English Teaching Academy offers an opportunity to live, work, and study in Madrid, Spain, through our one-year TEFL and Spanish programs. This program is designed for a diverse group of individuals: recent college graduates, those looking for a career change, aspiring English teachers, retirees seeking new challenges, and economically independent individuals. Our programs allow participants to teach English while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Madrid.

Detailed Benefits and Perks
• One-year student visa enabling legal residency and the ability to work 30 hours a week
• Support in job placement with partner English academies
• Weekly cultural and social activities through the Garcia Lorca Spanish School Adventure Club
• Access to teaching resources and support for finding extra income opportunities, including private classes

Compensation and Benefits
• Earn 18€ per hour while teaching English
• Affordable program costs: 2780€ for the TEFL & Spanish program and 1970€ for the Madrid Lifestyle Program
• A comprehensive curriculum including a 10-month, 20-hour/week Instituto Cervantes Accredited Spanish program
