Tech/Systems Support Analyst with Fluent Spanish and English

Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders on various software and hardware systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new technology systems.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and address their technical needs.
Offer guidance and training to clients and internal teams on software and hardware usage.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates in order to provide the best support.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical support interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and procedures.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuously strive to improve technical knowledge and skills.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to service level agreements and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
