You will be responsible for managing medium to high-complexity projects, leading a team to deliver expected results, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met. Your expertise will help us deliver large-scale initiatives, drive value for our partners and end-users, and maintain our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute complex project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
Evaluate project requirements and resources to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
Drive testing and acceptance of project results
Collaborate with resource managers, colleagues, and vendors to assemble a project team and provide ongoing motivation
Lead and work with project groups and presentations to Authority
Establish and implement a project communication plan to maintain project alignment
Drive teams and clients towards decision-making
Establish cross-functional relationships inside and outside the Innovation Division to drive results
Build partnerships to collaborate and leverage strengths without authority
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of project processes, issue management tools, and methodologies
Knowledge of Agile development practices and services
Strong understanding of application impact on operational and business capabilities
Proven ability to lead and direct teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment
