Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Expense Management Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology expense management and operations, with a proven track record of success in overseeing TEM processes and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
รย Oversee all aspects of technology expense management operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and expense optimization.
รย Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline TEM processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall service delivery.
รย Manage a team of TEM specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
รย Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, procurement, and vendors, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
รย Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
รย Conduct regular reviews and audits of TEM processes, systems, and workflows to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
รย Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and service enhancements, and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
รย Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies in technology expense management to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.
