Technology Consultant

Job Description: • Responsible for delivering quality consulting and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member. • Focused on designing and building integrations to support projects and external clients. • Includes configuration and testing across multiple platforms and systems (Paradox, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and third-party systems). • Provide integration and technology consulting on cloud-based technology solutions, including integration build and testing. • Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and technology solution, while promoting industry best practices. • Deliver high quality technology outcomes and timely completion rates, while maintaining high client satisfaction on all engagements. • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity. • Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business. • Configure and maintain technology solutions for clients across multiple technology platforms, with a focus on Paradox implementation projects. • Design, build, and implement technology solutions in support of project goals, including validation, testing, and issue resolution. • Stage demo environments for testing and training purposes. • Leverage critical thinking to predict downstream impacts in configuration and document lessons learned. Requirements: • 2 years of technical integration experience across multiple systems. • Familiarity with Paradox is required, familiarity and certification with Workday and other systems is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. • Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, along with formats like JSON and XML. • Experience with either Workato or Jitterbit. • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, with Python being the most used in our environment. • A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile methodologies. • Web application build and deployment including manual builds and continuous integration. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable presentations for clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
