About the position

As an EEG Technologist with Cross Country Allied, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, focusing on the prevention of disease and the promotion of patient wellness and safety. This travel position is based in Morristown, New Jersey, and is designed for allied health professionals who are ready to take on new challenges in various healthcare settings. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including hospitals, outpatient centers, private practices, home health, telemedicine, nursing facilities, clinics, schools, laboratories, and more. Your role will involve utilizing your education, training, and specialized skills to support patients in their journey towards optimal health. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting electroencephalograms (EEGs) and ensuring the accurate interpretation of results. You will work closely with patients, providing them with the necessary care and support during their procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying any abnormalities and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop appropriate treatment plans. This role not only requires technical skills but also a compassionate approach to patient care, as you will be interacting with individuals who may be experiencing health challenges. With a duration of 13 weeks and a commitment of 40 hours per week, you will work 8-hour night shifts. Responsibilities

Requirements
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty.

• Must be a registered EEG Technologist (R EEG T).
