Career Description:
This role is part of our Technician Apprentice Program (TAP), designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful body technician. As a TAP Body Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn industry-approved repair techniques and develop hands-on skills.
Responsibilities:
Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
Assist in reading estimates, identifying damage, and repairing vehicles.
Participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with mentors to ensure quality and accuracy in workmanship.

Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old.
Hold a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
Prior collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification are nice to have but not required.
Essential Abilities and Skills:
Demonstrate ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 pounds.
Understand instructions in both written and verbal formats.
Prioritize tasks and adapt to fast-paced environments efficiently.
Complete required training and certifications related to TAP.
