Role Overview • Position: Creative Writer, Technical Writer, Evaluation Tutor – Contract, Remote • Commitment: 20–40 hours per week, flexible and ongoing • Contribute to research projects with a leading AI lab. Support data campaigns in Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation. Responsibilities • Evaluate responses for effectiveness, naturalness, and compelling nature in AI-generated content. • Contribute to ongoing data campaigns such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation. • Assess creativity, originality, and narrative flow in creative writing. • Recognize responses demonstrating emotional intelligence, empathy, and helpfulness in companionship. • Evaluate clarity, structure, and polish in presentation responses. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
