>> BS in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent job experience required >> 2+ years of experience writing, editing, and planning software documentation >> Identifies discrete personas to target audience content as appropriate Uses advanced authoring tools to draft essential user documentation Employs advanced organization and navigation techniques in all artifacts Adheres to all policies applicable to document governance and security >> Elicits SME content to draft complete release artifacts Uses an advanced workflow to finalize user artifact publications Executes tasks with nominal supervision >> Drafts and submits user content for final editorial and technical review Executes the iterative workflow and to finalize content for publication Uses advanced knowledge of tools to prepare publications for delivery >> Drafts, edits, and submits local and cloud-based artifacts to reviewers Uses local and cloud-based authoring and publication systems.
