Technical Writer 100 % remote Role Manager Updates • Will be writing Policies, Procedures, and managing/updating those documents. • Some documentation experience is required • Creating Training Programs • Much be familiar with Confluence • 5 years of technical writing • Medical terminology is preferred • Working 90 % work on the Confluence environment • The entire team is communicating with each other • Working on Training material • Creating new training programs • Confluence and Jira experience is great to have • SharePoint experience is great, have • Working on Quality documentation candidate will work • Writing the training material and documentation • Quality documentation specialist-type of candidates will work • Training documentation experience Job description • Responsible for writing Policies, Procedures and managing/updating those documents. • Will need to develop on an existing skeleton of a training program and build out and document a fully detailed training program for each area – including technical documentations that can be referenced by new and existing Team members. • Will need to take notes in high-priority meeting and manage notes long term. • Much be familiar with Confluence (Atlassian) and have strong communication skills, be very detail oriented and self motivated.
