Technical Writer

Role Summary:We’re looking for an experienced Technical Writer to help us create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products, systems, and internal processes. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and can translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.What You’ll Do:Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to develop technical documentation, including:User guidesAPI documentationSystem overviewsInternal process docsInterview subject matter experts and distill complex information into simple, engaging contentMaintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changesEnsure documentation is consistent in tone, format, and structure across all channelsManage documentation projects from drafting through reviews and publicationWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or developer-focused environmentsAbility to quickly grasp complex technical topics and write content that is accurate and easy to understandStrong experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git, ReadMe, Swagger, or similar)Comfortable working independently and managing your own deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBonus: Experience writing for developer audiences or working in Agile teamsBeware of job scam fraudsters!
