In this role, you’ll craft compelling RFP responses that align our offerings with the strategic needs of potential partners. You’ll work closely with the Director of Proposal Management & Sales Enablement to identify and capture bid opportunities, conduct competitive and market research, and develop solutions that position Element451 as the ideal partner. If you’re a self-starter with exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, we want to hear from you.What you'll do: Technical writing of RFP responsesAlign proposals with the strategic goals and needs of potential partners, positioning Element451 as the best-fit solutionCoordinate captured RFP opportunities with the Director of Proposal Management & Sales EnablementIdentify and capture open bid opportunities that align with Element451’s offeringsHelp scale proposal response volume to support business growthMarket research on opportunities as well as competitors Work closely with the Director of Proposal Management & Sales Enablement to develop a solution that addresses the customer's goals and needs in a compelling wayParticipate in SWOT Assessments/Risk Analysis as needed Evaluate Element451’s competitive positioning Assist sales team as needed on potential opportunities What you'll need: Experience in the procurement process and interpreting RFP requirementsExperience with Sourcing, tracking, and responding to RFP opportunities on bid sites (Bonfire, Jaggaer, and others)Conducted market research and competitive analysis related to RFPsFamiliarity with Responsive (formerly RFP360) or other proposal management softwareHigher education background is not required but a plusAPMP Certification is not required but a plusOur Perks: Competitive salary and benefits package401k plan available with 4% match after 3 months of employmentFully remote position—work from anywhereMeaningful work that makes a real impact on students' higher education journeyOur values:Impactful not ImmediateWe prioritize and invest in initiatives that will be most impactful.Progress before PerfectionWe are action-oriented people.
