Technical Writer 2

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in enterprise SaaS solutions, is seeking a Technical Writer 2 to join their team. As a Technical Writer 2, you will be part of the Content and Documentation team supporting product and technical documentation across various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
• *Job Title:** Technical Writer 2
• *Location: REMOTE**
• *Pay Range:** $34/hr W2 + Benefits ( **NO C2C** )
• *What's the Job?**
+ Edit and review technical documentation drafts to ensure clarity and accuracy
+ Manage and update documentation pages, including structuring content and sourcing visuals
+ Draft scripts for videos and support multimedia content creation
+ Coordinate cross-team linking and content updates to maintain consistency
+ Partner with product managers to develop and refine documentation strategies and priorities
• *What's Needed?**
+ At least 3 years of experience in technical documentation editing and review
+ Proven experience in enterprise product documentation publishing
+ Strong skills in managing documentation lifecycle activities and content updates
+ Excellent written communication skills aligned with Microsoft's content standards
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
