THE ROLEWe are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in RF design, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator and will be split between designing RF systems at component level, and providing technical leadership for the development of projects.Hiring Manager: Christian Borelli, Founder and CSO. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and maintain technical documentation using DITAStructure content to support clarity, reuse, and scalabilityParticipate in shaping the future of AI-empowered information sharing and documentation workflowsWork closely with developers and product teams to understand features and use casesContribute to improvements in documentation workflows and processesSupport documentation delivery across platforms and tool WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORMust-have Technical skills:Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on analog/mixed-signal circuit design with 3+ years of industry experience, preferably within wireless systemsExperience with technical documentation or working in an engineering or technical environmentAbility to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearlyExperience working with cross-functional teams, particularly engineeringAbility to structure and organize information for clarity and reuseExperience with structured authoring (e.g. DITA-OT, markdown, XML)Familiarity with Git or other version control systemsSoft & Professional Skills:Clear, structured communication in professional English—able to explain complex results conciselyCollaborative and feedback-oriented mindsetDemonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineersStrong ownership, reliability, and follow-throughCurious, self-motivated attitude, eager to learn and explore new tools or methodsHigh level of integrity and professionalism in representing the company and handling sensitive information.
