Our flagship CardSwitcher product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. Netflix or PayPal), while newer products like TransactionLink support the retrieval of item-level transaction data. We’re looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage the very best engineers to build the next generation of merchant connectivity. What You’ll DoOwn top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles Partner closely with cofounders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profilesBuild and manage outbound pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche sourcing toolsCraft thoughtful outreach to engage high-potential candidates and drive top-of-funnel activityExperiment with new sourcing strategies and iterate quickly based on what’s workingMaintain a clean and organized pipeline in Ashby (our ATS) and keep stakeholders informedConduct initial phone screens and move candidates through the recruiting processRepresent Knot to prospective candidates with clarity, enthusiasm, and authenticityOperate with urgency and precision in a fast-moving startup environmentWhat You’ll Need1–3 years of experience sourcing technical talent (e.g. software engineers, engineering leaders)Strong research and Boolean search skills — you know how to find needles in haystacksExceptional written communication and outreach skillsAbility to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentHigh attention to detail and follow-throughGrit, hustle, and curiosity — you’re hungry to learn and growExperience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, etc.) is a plusPrior startup experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferHigh-impact, high-visibility work from day oneCompetitive base salary + early employee equity + full benefits100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents (U.S.)Unlimited PTOParental leaveBeautiful NYC office in the heart of Flatiron
