You will be a key player in our technical team, using live chat to assist customers with their technical issues, guide them through solutions, and provide detailed support for a variety of inquiries.

$35 per hour
Contract Length:
Open-ended for maximum flexibility
Responsibilities:
Provide live chat support to address technical queries from both existing and potential customers.
Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
Maintain a high standard of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements:
Device Access:
Must have access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Independence:
Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
Internet:
Reliable internet connectivity required.
Availability:
Minimum of 10 hours per week.
Location:
This position is fully remote, ideal for candidates looking for flexible work arrangements. While open to global applicants, preference is given to candidates in the United States.
