What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.Guide users through system setups, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex IT issues.Document technical issues and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline support services.Ensure excellent customer service by communicating solutions clearly and effectively.

Must-Haves:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and patience.
Nice-to-Haves:
