About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Support Center team. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues within Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, and D365 Business Central environments. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English to effectively support and collaborate with our global clients and internal teams.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and continuously learning new technologies in the ERP space. What You’ll DoProvide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP/NAV/D365 Business Central, resolving complex customer issues in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and analyze system issues using debugging tools and advanced problem-solving techniquesSupport financial modules within Microsoft Dynamics ERP systemsDeliver excellent customer service through clear communication, empathy, and follow-throughCreate and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and training materialsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service deliveryParticipate in ongoing training and stay current with Microsoft ERP technologiesContribute to process improvements, team initiatives, and overall service quality What You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or D365 Business CentralStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsProfessional fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both languagesExperience working directly with customers and building strong relationshipsFamiliarity with data migration processesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEagerness to learn new technologies and systems Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of accounting, distribution, or service industry processesExperience supporting pre-sales efforts or project planningAbility to propose and implement innovative solutionsCollaborative mindset with the ability to influence and contribute to team initiatives What Success Looks LikeTimely and effective resolution of customer issuesHigh levels of customer satisfactionContribution to knowledge sharing and process improvementsMeeting or exceeding productivity and performance benchmarks Additional InformationThis role works under the guidance of the Support Center Manager and may require handling additional responsibilities as needed.Benefits at Calsoft Systems We believe in supporting the whole employee—both at work and in life.
