Responsibilities
Ā Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Ā Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Ā Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
,
Ā Be an amazing problem-solver
,
Ā Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
,
Ā Offer additional products and/or services
,
Ā Deliver expert customer experiences.
Requirements
Ā Strong focus on building customer relationships
,
Ā 1+ year of customer service experience
,
Ā Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
,
Ā Technical support experience preferred
,
Ā High school diploma or GED
,
Ā Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from
,
Ā Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
,
Ā Eagerness to learn new technologies
,
Ā Strong problem-solving skills
,
Ā Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
,
Ā Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
,
Ā High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Ā Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
