We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift). As a remote team member, you'll enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you'll provide top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients' customers, resolving routine problems and questions regarding their products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
Offer additional products and/or services to customers
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications:
Strong focus on building customer relationships
1+ year of customer service experience
Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
Technical support experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
