Technical Support Analyst - Apple Mac Specialist

Remote Full-time
Salary: $52,000 - 52,000 per year

Requirements:
• Proficient in macOS administration
• Experience with enterprise Mac device management (Kandji preferred, other Mac-focused MDM solutions acceptable)
• Skilled in Mac scripting and packaging (Bash, Zsh, or similar)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Okta or comparable identity providers
• Relevant technical support experience in a Mac-heavy environment (3+ years preferred)
• Educational background in Computer Science or related fields preferred (Associates or Bachelors degree)

Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 technical support primarily focused on macOS devices
• Administer and maintain Mac endpoints utilizing Kandji or similar MDM solutions
• Create, modify, and deploy automation scripts and packages for macOS
• Support identity and access management processes within Okta
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
• Troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, SaaS, and authentication issues
• Monitor and respond to alerts and service interruptions during overnight hours
• Document incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions comprehensively
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining responsibility until resolved
• Assist with provisioning, deploying, and managing workstations throughout their lifecycle
