As a Support Resource, you’ll play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and working with cross-functional teams across the US and UK. Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Support Engineer, Developer, IT Support Specialist, etc.).
Work Experience: Recent technical or semi-technical graduate OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical role (internships or part-time work in technical roles are acceptable).
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software applications and a strong willingness to quickly learn new technologies.
Language Proficiency: English skills at a B2+ to C1 level to ensure effective communication with US and UK teams.
Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.Good communication skills and team collaboration.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
