Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring that their datacom needs are met and exceeded.
Design, implement, and maintain datacom systems, including video servers, programming, and hardware installations.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with our team to develop and implement datacom solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest datacom technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the AV/IT industry, with a focus on datacom.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and datacom software applications.
Experience with video and sound merchant applications, including Sonify, QSC, Crestron, and IOT.
Strong understanding of network security principles and industry best practices.
Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools, including Splunk and Zabbix.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the AV or IT industry, with a focus on video distribution, encoding, and IOT.
Experience with network switching and routing.
