Position Overview:
Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Technical SETA SME to support SDA’s mission. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
Experience in progressively more difficult levels in planning, developing and evaluating technical projects of an R&D nature Demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning, managing and conducting research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity requiring unconventional or novel approaches and sophisticated research techniques. Demonstrated ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve technical or programmatic issues, concerns, problems, or methods in areas related to DOW Technical Offices, Agencies, Laboratories, Organizations and Users. Ability to collaborate with SDA Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to define technical capabilities, identify needs, and create implementation roadmaps.Experience in creating technical reports, white papers, and documentation for stakeholders to support decision-making

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or relevant technical discipline and 20+ years of related work experiencePrior experience supporting space system development or the Department of War Prior experience preparing highly technical information for broad audiencesTS/SCI Eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob
