Technical Sales Engineer (Remote)
About the position
The Technical Sales Engineer is a process manager who reviews existing hardware and software used to conduct business activities and ensures that they are performing in an optimal way through analysis system modification and analytics. The Technical Sales Engineer reviews existing hardware and software used to conduct business activities and ensures that they are performing in an optimal way through analysis system modification and analytics.
Responsibilities
• Assigned medium-sized projects; may be responsible for multiple projects; and/or may be responsible for multiple phases of a project. Generally works under deadlines. 20%
• Develops and implements plans to achieve a specific scope that is driven by the program or portfolio it is subjected to; and identifies requirements. 15%
• Addresses the various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the project. 10%
• Setting up, maintaining and carrying out communications among stakeholders that are active, effective, and collaborative in nature. 15%
• Managing stakeholders towards meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables; and sets priorities to accommodate needs of users. 10%
• Balancing the competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget resources and risks. 10%
• Regularly provides guidance to and assists in training of less experienced personnel. Will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams. Communicates directly with internal and external customers; may act as an internal consultant. 10%
• Proficient in developing process and technical documentation. Has a general understanding of a business segment or function. 10%

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience
• Communicates directly with internal customers
