Responsibilities:Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.Follow up and Canvashing Project in Bali-NTB-NTT Area (RMC Precast, Infrastructure and Building Projects).Handle and maintain the existing customer and technical support.Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers on how a product meets client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution deliverybuilding relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing appropriate solutions.Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architectureMinimum of 2 years in the construction industryFluent In English.Ability to explain product functionalities to clientsStrong troubleshooting skills and provide good technical guidanceHonest and highly motivatedResilient and responsibleCommunicative and team-orientedWill be based in DenpasarWilling to be relocated all over IndonesiaSika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting in the building sector and motor vehicle industry.
