Technical Safety Assistant
This role supports employee-led safety culture by working closely with field teams, safety leaders, and grassroots safety committees to promote and implement safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate Safety-related events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
• Liaise with guest speakers and vendors to manage logistics and scheduling
• Develop and organize meeting agendas in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and format PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events
• Take detailed meeting notes and produce formal meeting minutes
• Draft and send professional business correspondence via email
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, list management, simple calculations, filtering, and table creation
• Perform a variety of administrative duties and support additional projects as needed
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on health and safety standards
• Follow verbal and written instructions from multiple sources with accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
