Our mission to get everyone who is able out and running may be bold, but we won’t stop trying until it’s a reality.Let’s Talk about the RoleAs a Technical Representative for Altra Running you will be the face of the brand across the UK based in the south of England and ideally in London. This role combines product expertise, retail training, event support, and community engagement to strengthen Altra’s presence in the region.You’ll work closely with retail partners, sales teams, and local running communities to drive brand awareness and sales performance.How You Will Make a DifferenceDeliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff, both in-store and outdoorsAct as the regional product expert and key contact between Altra, sales reps, and retail accounts, sharing valuable field insightsBuild strong relationships with retail partners to motivate and support store teamsEnsure high-quality in-store brand presentation through effective merchandising and POS executionRepresent Altra at trade shows, store openings, and consumer-facing eventsLead community engagement efforts and support local brand ambassadorsProvide regular reports, manage budgets, and maintain company equipment and vehiclesSkills for successExperience in retail, field support, or technical representation - ideally in the running or outdoor industryStrong passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwearExcellent communication and presentation skills.Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independentlyStrong relationship-building skills and a proactive, hands-on attitudeHigh Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (company car provided)What’s in it For YouWe’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
