Job Description:
Ā We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team.
Ā The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company's technical positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for software engineering, data science, and other technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
Ā Utilize various tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source and screen candidates.
Ā Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ā Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future technical openings.
Ā Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Ā Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ā Oversee the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to onboarding.
Ā Negotiate job offers and salaries with candidates.
Ā Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience.
Ā Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in recruitment.
Required Skills:
Ā 3+ years as a technical recruiter
Ā Ability to work independently
Ā Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ā Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills.
Ā Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Understanding of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Ā Experience recruiting for consulting firms
Ā Experience focusing on high-level engineering and architect roles
