They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across power utilities programs, focusing on proactive sourcing and candidate engagement for various technical roles.ResponsibilitiesProactively source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles within the power and utilities sectorExecute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns to build candidate pipelines for active and future rolesUtilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct networking to identify and engage qualified candidatesIdentify and target talent from key industry firms, engineering consultancies, and contractorsConduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managersPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profilesManage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with a focus on speed and qualityBuild and maintain structured pipelines of passive candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill rolesTrack activity and pipeline metrics, including outreach volume, candidate conversations, and submissionsCoordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process to offer acceptanceSkills1–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing experienceDemonstrated ability to proactively source candidates and generate pipelines through outbound effortsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence passive candidatesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear activity and output expectationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldExperience recruiting for engineering, construction, utilities, or other technical rolesExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)BenefitsBonus incentivesComprehensive benefits package401(k) matchCompany OverviewPower is All We Do™.
