Technical Recruiter - Fully Remote and Sourcing Heavy (Contract, Contract to Hire, Part, or Full Time)

We’re looking for a full-time Engineering & Product Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close. This is a fully remote role with core working hours (Team is in PST + MST), designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition).
Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like.
A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.
