Job Description We are looking for an Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. T his position will be full-time and remote. What You’ll Do Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and social media platforms, to identify and engage top technical candidates. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Market Research: Stay updated on trends in technical hiring and adapt strategies accordingly. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the competitive tech space. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. What You'll Need Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT services, software, or technology domains. Proven expertise in recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and other tech positions. Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Phenom, Workday). Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches etc. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and tech stack terminologies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with stakeholders. Negotiation: Skilled in offer negotiation and candidate management. Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership teams effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges. Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
