We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master with a minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects within a technical, Agile development environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative and analytical thinking, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
Lead scrum ceremonies and create project timelines
Manage creative and development milestones and deliverables
Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external partners
Foster a collaborative environment that adapts quickly to creative change
Maintain project organization to ensure clear communication of requirements and deliverable dates
Partner with development team members to understand opportunities and limitations of solutions
Remove impediments through discussion with stakeholders and inter-dependent scrum teams
Manage all deliverables with external vendors
Provide production and technical knowledge to inform execution decisions
Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to track sprint progress
Manage resources to ensure projects remain on schedule
Establish common goals across multiple teams and define useful metrics and reporting
Lead teams of engineers through project completion
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience leading projects in a technical, Agile development environment
Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with project documentation and industry best-practices
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
Nice to Have:
2+ years of consulting industry experience with strong relationship management and account management experience
Scrum Master Certifications
Finance and/or Healthcare experience
Experience with Global Delivery Model
Prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements
