Technical Project Manager, Travel Systems (Hybrid)

About the position

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional travel system initiatives from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. The ideal candidate brings structured execution, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder management within a dynamic, system-driven environment. This is a critical role supporting travel systems and strategic technology initiatives. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Develop integrated project plans aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Manage day-to-day execution, task coordination, and issue resolution
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies while providing clear stakeholder updates
• Drive collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and vendors
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting
• Conduct post-project reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of project management experience delivering complex initiatives
• Certification required (CAPM, PMP, CPM, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
