Partner with the best From pre-sales through to integration and optimization. You'll be a trusted advisor to customers, acting as a gateway to our products and platforms teams. High-profile customers with huge web, streaming, or API traffic, you'll deliver technical solutions and creatively undertake challenges. As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for: Collaborating with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver the best of class solutions. Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping develop a long-term web performance and security strategy. Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high quality service and ensure customer engagement. Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service. Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of integrations. Mentoring and coaching other team members to share skills and knowledge and to help team development. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the IT industry. Have experience in web technologies such as HTTP/DNS or other Web Development methodologies and languages. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholders. Have the ability to be a technical consultant building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various levels. Demonstrate experience in managing and delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Enjoy working as part of a global team with a real can-do attitude.
