You are a planning pro. From scoping to design through development execution, you deftly lead cross-functional teams through successful website development projects. You assess technical risks, assist with problem-solving, and cut through the layers surrounding any technical project to determine how to help the team successfully maneuver through challenges. You ensure that project information is kept up-to-date and that clients and internal teams have clear and accurate project information at hand. Throughout project durations, you draw on your technical expertise to serve as the Content Management System administrator, product manager, and quality assurance analyst. You are a trusted point of contact for your clients and vendors by delivering reliable, forthright information, clear communication, and follow-through in the spirit of partnership.
What You'll Need:

4-7 years in a related project management role – agency experience preferred
PMP Certification - preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge of site redesign/development or application development is a must
Knowledge of SEO as it relates to site redesign best practices preferred
Experience in front-end/back-end development and project management principles
Advanced in sub-practice platforms/tools; has experience in 1-2 CMS platforms
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize your own and others' work in a deadline-driven atmosphere
Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation design, and delivery
Understand accounting principles such as revenue recognition, billing schedules, project margin, and other financial project management status

What You'll Do:

Facilitate technical website development projects delivery through clear and accurate communication about project status, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and issues with client contacts and internal team members
Act as the main point of contact with any vendor partners on projects
Handle client communication, status updates, and approvals for technical website development projects
Provide consulting for clients on technical projects for implementing cross-channel marketing integration and contribute to the development of project requirements that support marketing integration
Lead assigned account project planning with cohesive execution and minor support from senior team; act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client for day-to-day efforts; proactively drive efficiencies using strong project management practices
Actively and accurately develop, monitor, analyze, and manage scope, budgets, and timelines; lead internal teams to proactively adhere to project scope, budget, and timelines; communicate changes in alignment with established protocols with minimal oversight
Identify and escalate scope, budget, quality, and timeline risks; propose mitigation plans to manager and execute them with support from senior staff while keeping teams and clients informed
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal teams; analyze project scope and break down tasks into manageable components; utilize templates, historical data, and team input to develop project estimates with minor senior support
Develop project plans and new business deck slides for small to medium-size opportunities; consult with manager for enterprise-size projects and on pricing
Own the development of assigned case studies and identify opportunities for new case studies as work concludes
Schedule meetings as defined within the scope of work; outline clear agendas, attendee responsibilities, and follow-up steps; ensure meetings are purposeful, timely, and solution-oriented with occasional support from senior staff
Own communication for assigned clients; present confidently and concisely; develop presentation decks with minimal oversight and follow up appropriately on questions
May oversee multiple contractor resources
