We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team as a Full-Time employee.
If non-local, must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ and be onsite on day 1.
We cannot sponsor H1b for this position or consider C2C.
Responsibilities:
Ā Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Ā Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Ā Making decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Ā Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Ā Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
Ā Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Ā Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Qualifications:
Ā At least 8+ years in information technology
Ā Minimum of 5+ years in Agile Project Management
Ā Hands on experience with: reporting, tracking & running meetings
Ā Working with limited structure
Ā Good process experience
Ā Experience managing multiple IT projects
Ā Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ā Extensive project management experience in software migration, upgrades, replacement projects
Ā Worked with cross functional teams in various tech, business groups and vendor products.
Ā Agile background is also required
