Your Role
As a Technical Project Lead at Radity, you will act as the bridge between business and engineering. This is not a people management role, but a hands-on position requiring strong analytical thinking, technical understanding, and structured communication.
You will work closely with stakeholders and internal engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering and clarify business needs with stakeholders.Translate business requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and documentation.Work hands-on with data analysis and SQL to validate business logic and outputs.Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment.Coordinate delivery timelines and track progress across teams.Contribute to process improvements and ensure high-quality documentation.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Coordination, or similar roles.Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.Solid understanding of system architecture and software development processes.Experience in financial services or insurtech is highly preferred.Salesforce experience is a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders.Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
