Your Role You’ll bring customer truth into the product cycle end-to-end—clarifying needs, defining practical requirements, and validating new features through real inspection workflows. You’ll make sure engineering has clean inputs, Support has accurate context, and releases match how features behave in the field. Your documentation, testing, and insight will help the team ship confidently and consistently.
