Greystones is hiring a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting data-driven mission outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, working with IRS data environments, and translating business and technical requirements into executable program plans. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of data systems and analytic workflows. Manage cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and developers, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with mission and stakeholder priorities. Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows across disjoint and heterogeneous systems. Coordinate data integration efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards. Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable plans. Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with IRS data policies, security requirements, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and program execution methodologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience managing technical programs or projects in a data-centric environment. Familiarity with IRS data, including business return elements, return processing, and return metadata. Strong understanding of data pipelines, data integration, and analytics workflows. Experience working with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and data analysis environments (e.g., R or Python). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other program management methodologies preferred.
