You'll manage complex technical projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.What You'll DoDrive technical projects across engineering teams, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality standardsFacilitate collaboration between engineering and customer delivery, customer success, and marketing teamsCreate and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plansIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockersLead technical planning sessions and coordinate cross-team implementation effortsTrack and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levelsAnalyze project metrics and optimize processes for efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:5+ years of technical program management experience or similar experienceSuccess leading unique teams towards more efficient, high quality workProven ability to identify, track, and report on metrics that demonstrate program successExperience working for vertical SaaS organizationsHas a track record of building stakeholder confidence from the front lines, all the way up to the C-suiteProven ability to influence without authority across organizational boundariesDesired Skills:Experience with healthcare automation or workflow solutionsKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulationsFamiliarity with project management tools (Asana, Confluence, etc.)Background in implementing integration solutions across disparate systemsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldBeware of job scam fraudsters!
