About the position

The Fraud Product team is looking to hire multiple Product Managers to join our organization. We are currently re-envisioning our product organization in the midst of delivering on critical outcomes for the GR&S division. This team is responsible for the Products that help to support critical enterprise functions such as fraud intelligence, detection, prevention, as well as the various models and data sources needed to achieve our business outcomes. The candidates hired will help shape strategic roadmap for one or more technical or data/model products that will have enterprise wide impacts. The ideal candidates have strong Product Management background and skill sets, flourish in a fast paced environment and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations while we define the long term operating model. Some example products these Product Managers could oversee: Fraud Risk Orchestrator and Fraud Rules Engine - Powering our prevention strategies/policies that enable real-time Fraud prevention activation while balancing Fraud priorities along with business goals to deliver seamless integration for our consuming partners. Fraud Enabling Products - Such as Bulk fraud block, restricted SSN, feedback loop, and all other critical capabilities needed to support the tactical activities taken by our detection team, investigators, and real time tooling. Fraud AI/ML Data Models - These models support our offline detection and soon to be real-time detection, ensuring our smartest data scientists are developing models to help us capture the potential fraudsters earlier in Vanguard digital journeys Fraud Data products - Leveraging the Fraud Data Lake as well as the Feature Store enables faster and more robust decisioning for our prevention strategies.

Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.

• Graduate degree preferred.
