Technical Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager (m/f/d) Part-Time

Louco is an event discovery platform on a mission to transform how people discover events and how organizers connect with their audiences. By combining intelligent recommendations, event management tools, and innovative community features, we are building the next generation of event experiences.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Product Manager / Product Owner in part-time to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, designers, QA, and our development team

Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time (Remote)
Commitment: Approximately 70–80 hours per month initially, with the opportunity for a long-term collaboration and increased involvement as Louco grows.

Tasks

Product & Requirements Management

Create, refine, and maintain Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.

Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.

Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners.

Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up on open tasks.

Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments.

Support feature validation and acceptance testing.

Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards.

Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release.

Technical Collaboration

Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams.

Assist in clarifying technical requirements and resolving ambiguities.

Support release planning and deployment readiness.

Ensure smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.

Experience working closely with software development teams.

Strong Jira and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal English skills.

Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Experience with SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based products.

Understanding of APIs, cloud-based architectures, and integrations.

Experience working with remote and international development teams.

Startup experience.
