Technical Product Manager Data Engineering (Remote)
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager Data Engineering for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of data analytics and reporting solutions by managing product strategy, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams using technologies like SAP HANA, BODS, and Apache NiFi.
This is an 8-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is a remote role in the US.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include defining the product vision and roadmap, translating business requirements into technical user stories, managing cross functional Agile teams, overseeing end to end delivery and release, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
• We are seeking a contract Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in data engineering disciplines such as SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and Apache NiFi to lead the design, development, and delivery of data analytics and reporting solutions.
Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 5+ years of hands on HANA experience
• 4+ years with BODS,
• 3+ years using NiFi, along with strong product ownership and project management skills.
• Must be able to report status, risk, and opportunities clearly and in a timely manner, while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and enhance deliveries to customers.
• Bachelor's degree
