Job Description:
Reporting to the Sensr Portal Head of Product, the Technical Product Manager will play a central role in shaping and delivering the Sensr Portal investor platform. You'll work across business functions to translate strategy and roadmap into execution, driving the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

We operate as a cross-functional, highly collaborative agile team - product, design, engineering, customer success, and sales — united around solving complex problems and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate the product roadmap into a structured agile development cycle by authoring clear, detailed epics, user stories, and tickets for both new features and ongoing improvements
Establish and continuously refine technical product processes in close collaboration with Engineering and Design
Support feature prioritization and release planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality product updates to clients
Triage and resolve bugs with urgency, balancing quality with velocity
Partner with various internal teams on cross-functional initiatives


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of proven end-to-end technical product management experience, working closely with engineering teams to ship complex software products
Strong experience with B2B SaaS products
Strong experience documenting detailed business and technical requirements, including necessary acceptance criteria
Experience using market standard product management platforms (GitHub, JIRA, ADO, etc.)
Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear documentation and actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment



Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Background with fintech, financial services, private equity, and/or real estate investment
Experience with AI tools in both embedded AI applications and in support of product development processes
Ability to work during PST or MST hours to collaborate effectively with the broader team

The salary range for this position is CAN $80,000 - CAN$120,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
